Commercial Liability Insurance

Commercial liability insurance is meant to cover your company or business from the risks of things like property damage, personal injuries, bodily harm, and advertising.

There are three different types of commercial liability coverage plans to choose from. The one that is right for your organization depends upon the factors that impact you and your employees.

Coverage A - Property Damage and Bodily Injury

Coverage A protects you against bodily harm to your employees, disease, accidents, and sickness. Property damage pertains to the damage done to tangible property that results in the loss and or use of a tangible property.

Cover B - Personal and Advertising Injury

Under commercial liability insurance, personal and advertising injury is a category that contains any insurance offenses that lead to personal or bodily harm. Examples are imprisonment, invasion of privacy, misappropriation of advertising ideas, slander, wrongful eviction, malicious prosecution, and other similar offenses.

Coverage C - Medical Payments Coverage

Coverage C is liability coverage that ensures funeral or medical expenses to be paid on behalf of or to someone injured via bodily injury or death.
